Non Verbal Communication
Aims: Most of our ability to communicate is non-verbal, yet we rely heavily on what someone says or what we hear. How can we communicate effectively non verbally? How does signing work? Can we learn how to use non verbal communication to benefit us in every day situations?
The course includes the following subjects
• Understanding and processing non verbal prompts
• How to communicate non verbally
• Some basic, useful signing practice
Two Hour Face to Face Training Session
Tuesday 18th Jan - Non Verbal Communication (basic sign) 13:00-15:00
Venue : Cafe Conservatory @ Dike & Son, Ring Street, Stalbridge, Dorset DT10 2NB
The main part of the cafe will be open to the public, we have sole use of the conservatory. Please feel free to arrive early or stay to purchase food and drink from the cafe or from within the store - this an also be consumed in the conservatory.
Cafe Opening times: 8.00am-4pm Monday to Saturday (10am-3pm Sunday).

Assessment: The trainer will check understanding and involvement of all students throughout the duration of the course.
Certification: On successful completion of the course students will receive a certificate of participation.
