These are examples of previous floorplans,
we tailor our layout to suit your event
taking into account the space available, vehicle access and landscaping of the ground.
Our minimum requirement for outdoor space is the 6m x 3m white marquee.
We are also happy to use structures that are already in-situ, or provided by you.
We use a vehicle and horse trailer to move the tents and equipment.
We also use a 10' vintage Sprite caravan for crew facilities and safeguarding meetings / first aid at larger events.
The horse trailer can be decorated used as part of the play space.
If it is not possible to drive onto the site to drop off our equipment at our setup location we appreciate help to move things by hand.
We need access to site early - to set up our space takes at least three hours, up to six hours,
depending on vehicle access, the weather conditions and how many structures are required for the event.
