Stealing Whiskey
Stealing Whiskey are a modern sixpiece band from Dorset playing originals and some unusual twist on covers. See ya'll there!
Rob Jefferies - Guitar, violin & vocals
Joggan Austin - Banjo, guitar & vocals
Al Kerslake - Mandolin, bouzouki & vocals
Martin Hawkins - Standup bass & accordion
Becky Bower - Sax
Nick Russell - Drums & percussion
Samantha Barry
Sam played for us in April 2016 and so enthralled us all, we just had to ask her back. Fabulous fiddle playing, great sense of timing, lovely vocals. She oozes musical passion throughout her performance.
Les Wild
With his beautiful old Martin D18, Les selects the best songs every time he plays. If you haven't seen him, we don't know where you've been living. Les and Linda ran Wimborne Festival for some 30 years and still organise celtic concerts regularly in the area. Though he plays in many local celtic sessions, it's great to see him singing on his own.
Eric Bottomley
Eric should need no introduction - although he moved away from Dorset many years ago, we keep dragging him back to play for us.
Great wit, a stonking voice and lovely selection of songs, guaranteed to entertain - and we may get some added harmonies again from the Bottomettes !!!
Richard and Lesley Quayle (resident singers)

ColourFest - BearCat Craft Workshops - 1st to 4th June 2017
Find us in the Kids Area with Treehouse Theatre!
http://colourfest.co.uk
Immerse yourself in the Project of the Day, learn a new skill, make new friends and meet up with old ones, make something cool to take home, play and relax in an interesting and creative space.
Turn the Kids Area into an enchanted space - Get your Creative Hats on....it’s a Making Day!
Share your willow skills - we have a huge pile of willow with which to create a Den of Stories for everyone to enjoy over the weekend. Will it be like a Tipi? Or a Archway? Or a Maze?...It’s up to you! We need to make the structure, weave its walls to create a cozy space inside, and make it beautiful.
We’ll celebrate with an Opening story Ceremony at 3pm.
Throughout the day join in with workshops to make decorations and structures to decorate the kids area.
In the Kids Tunnel we will be creating a Land of 1000 Faces, and join our Lantern workshop to make colourful lights to bring the Kids Tunnel to life after dark.
